Three years is a too short period for any assessment of an organization. However the progress of the organization can be seen from the feedback of the people to the organization, from the collaborators of the organization. Today the organization has very limited staff and infrastructure. Still, their activities are relatively wide spread. It is able to generate peoples’ participation in form of Shramdan, in form of involvement in its activities and events that are conducted in the villages. The organization does not have a hall or a place for organizing events; but it does not face any problem; as these events are organized in the village itself with the support of the villagers. These are a few measures to understand how this organization has making impression in the field.
